Complaint Handling Tool Released

Play by the Rules has launched a new online interactive tool to assist clubs in decision making and processes for responding to and handling complaints.  The tool provides options and guidelines for dealing with different levels of complaints, from favouritism and team selection to assault and child abuse. 

Throughout the tool are resources, videos and printable information sheets that provide comprehensive guidance and procedures that can be applied within clubs.
